A Daemonic guide to building a globally distributed workforce

Daemonic Labs, creator of the Dabble virtual postcard app, was built from the ground up as a distributed company. It’s headquartered in San Francisco, but also has offices in Buenos Aires and Mar del Plata, Argentina. In this video interview, two of Daemonic’s co-founders, Jayaram Santosh and Antonio Altamirano explain how they built the company, what they look for in remote employees, and the benefits (and challenges) of building a product this way.
