Small and midsize businesses (SMBs) represent 99.7 percent of all employer firms in the U.S., according to the Small Business Administration (SBA). These small businesses also employ more than 40 percent of the nation’s tech workers.
In addition, SMBs spent over $ 800 billion in technology in 2010 according to Gartner Research. “That’s why we want to bring the small business technology ecosystem together on March 24,” says Edith Yeung, founder of BizTechDay. “We want to explore the latest SMB trends, understand their buying behaviors and showcase some of the latest technology tools which will help improve their competitive advantage in any economy.”
