IE9 RC Officially released

If you haven’t downloaded it already, the IE9 RC is now officially up for grabs, with an IE9 blog post from Dean Hachamovitch explaining what’s new in the RC.  With some very nice tabbed browsing improvements (along with a bit of a more squarish face-lift, you can put tabs on their own line, and open up tabbed pinned sites, as well as close tabs with one click), Trustworthy browsing improvements, and lots of performance and standards improvements, the latest version of IE9 finally looks and feels finished.  You can download the new IE9 RC from www.beautyoftheweb.com, and read more on the IE9 blog.  In the meantime, here’s a table of improvements from the IE9 Beta to RC:
