When Windows Live Essentials Wave 4 public beta was released less than a month ago, the download website http://explore.live.com offered only the web installer, with no full installer available. Well, the truth is, the link to the full installer is still not available on that website, but we have found the link.

The download weighs at about 168MB, so proceed only if you really need the full installer, otherwise it is exactly the same version as what you had downloaded last month via the web installer.
