Nokia Lumia 925 passes all certifications in China

Nokia Lumia 925 has acquired all two certifications in China right ahead of launch on the China Unicom network this month. One of the certifications is CCC (China Compulsory Certificate), another is by TENAA regulator which is more like Chinese FCC. Acquiring these two certifications means no obstacle to the planned June launch of Lumia 925 in China.

Nokia Lumia 925 passes all certifications in China

Nokia Lumia 925 is announced to start selling in June in China with China Mobile and China Unicom. At the moment, only WCDMA version of Lumia 925, for China Unicom, has passed certifications. There’s still no cert information on China Mobile version yet. The China Mobile version handset, likely named as Lumia 925T, will use China’s TD-SCDMA standard like Lumia 920T does.

China is one of the first initial launch countries to get Lumia 925. It is certainly that Nokia takes the Chinese market very serious. However, the Finnish company is yet to announce Lumia 925 pricing and launch date in China. (via LiveSino)
