Hotmail has an updated website and Hotmail Help Center.
At the Help Center you will not only find How-to articles like for example:
- Get mail from other email accounts in Hotmail
- Add contacts from other services

- Chat from your inbox
But you will also find solutions to your Hotmail problems such as:

- Forgotten password or other problems signing in
