Zune Pass coming to Australia, beginning Nov. 16

After launching in Canada, and revamping the US Zune Pass, Microsoft is apparently moving ahead with getting Zune Pass into more users hands (or Xboxes, or Windows Phones).  We haven’t been able to find anything official from Zune as of yet, but ABC (Australia Broadcasting Co.) Tech & Games has tweeted the announcement:

Zune Music Pass is also launching on Nov 16. 11million tracks on WP7, PC & Xbox 360. $ 12pm or $ 120pa

Gizmodo.co.au has more, noting that the Zune Pass service will go for $ 11.99(Au)/mo, or $ 119.90/yr, and that Australia will be getting Kinect Voice for Xbox, too:

According to the official release, Voice Control for games will work from tomorrow, but if you want to talk to your Xbox to control broader entertainment functions, you’ll have to wait until mid-December.

So good news for Xbox/Zune/Windows Phone fans in Australia, welcome to the Social!
