Bing Shopping is sporting a new look today, according to a post on the Bing Search blog. The new look features bigger images, Facebook integration (so you can get birthday reminders from within Bing Shopping!), and a new home page:
First off, the new homepage brings together popular items and content so you can spend less time searching and more time shopping.
Popular articles and categories are arranged next to top searches, popular products, and leading brands so you can research and browse items before making a decision. We also added the ability to connect your Facebook account to Bing shopping, so you can be instantly reminded of upcoming birthdays while you shop.
The popular search vertical now makes it even easier to shop online, and beyond the home page Bing Shopping has increased image sizes for search result sizes, provided a “shopping list” that can be shared on Facebook, and included a “filmstrip” on the original search results page so you can quickly scroll through items.
Hopefully with the supposed sale of Ciao in the works, we’ll be seeing Bing Shopping expanding to more markets, to be honest we’re not sure if it’s still US only, let us know in the comments.
